      Pros

      If your looking to get hired fast for quick cash, look into working for VS during the seasins. However, you must be eager to help customers and like handling the merchandise you are selling. Also, if you are looking for a career in sales, VS is a great place to start. You have a lot of opportunities to practice selling strategies and selling yourself.

      Cons

      The environment is very competitive for a position that does not offer comission. You are pressured by management to meet hourly sales goals, and having no commission makes you a little unmotivated.

      Pros

      It's exciting to work for a brand that customers love so much. The company also promotes work life balance as most of the senior leadership are women with children who need to leave work early to be with their family. Compensation also seems to be above what other retailers offer for similar jobs.

      Cons

      I find that the company does not always have the best processes in place - I feel it's very entrepreneurial compared to other large companies I have worked for in the past - also, there are frequent reorganizations where people change jobs from one day to the next or are laid off because their position has been eliminated.

      Pros

      great place to learn how to run a business, very clear job description. The policy book is also straight forward.

      Cons

      management gives little to no feedback, there is supposed to at least a monthly review. it was told to me me trust but don't talk. basically you can't trust management,which leads to a bad work environment. there is no room to grow, if you show to much concern the management feels threatens and gives you a hard time.
