OK - Depends on what night

Pros

30% discount and monthly products that you get to try out for free or at a very discounted price you get to meet a wide range of individuals. some of the employees/managers are not that bad Some down time, which is spent talking or goofing off - which can be fun.

Cons

Get ready to work weekends AND holidays. To request off, you have to request 4-6 weeks ahead, which is okay when full-time but not for a part-time position. Training is rushed and you sometimes don't even get trained correctly. Everyone has a different way of doing everything, which can lead to frustrations and conflicts You barely get rewarded for performance

Pros

-You’ll get a lot of hours -30% discount

Cons

-you can only use the 30% discount on full priced items. Like if there is a sale going on you can’t use the discount on top of it. -Be prepared for folding panties... a lot. That sounds not so bad but after time it is painful. -I was a part time employee working full time hours with part time pay. -Most of the employees were very difficult to work with (Including most of the management) -There is sooooo much drama -although this is just a personal experience When I quit, one of the managers made me feel bad enough to cry and told me just not to bother working the rest of my shifts until my last day. - it sort of feels like factory work to be honest (repeating 1 singular thing over and over) -impossible to get a day off anytime between November and January -think of it as like a giant slumber party that never ends with girls you have a lot of drama with (tiring) -if you’re an introvert, run. Run far, far away!

Miserable

Pros

NOTHING! Not even the discount was worth it to me.

Cons

I hate retail because of Victoria's Secret. It was misery working here. The staff was rude, the management ruder, and the customers... oh dear... I honestly almost feel sympathetic for the customers. Being forced to HOUND them as soon as they walk through the darn door with talk about angel cards, promos, and following them around asking for the umpteenth time if they need help (they don't... trust me.) Long hours on your feet being talked down to by management and customers... and long hours folding panties/placing bras back on display for the HUNDREDTH TIME THAT DAY... oh my GOD. The breaks were too short, in my opinion, also. And the pay even worse.
