Finance is a joke senior leadership is abusive and conceptually unrealistic every task no matter what has to be completed by "end of the day" AR / E2C is full of non performers, sycophant, relatives and married couples R2R is hired just simply draw salary AP is governed by typical micro managers Rest one can imagine about the work culture Micro management is at peak there is not even a single perk company is providing to it's employees ofcourse except few of relatives

Almost everything.. - bad resource planning - management always focus on revenue and lack of concerns of the team wellbeing - pay is lower than competitors, bonus payment was deferred (not even sure the quantum yet, not very optimistic) - jobs are slowly outsource and move to service delivery centre in Malaysia. The management expect the outsourcing would solve all the challenges... (really???)

The people are the main pro here and the everyday flexibility.

Cons

Since the transition from PwC things have been a disaster, but most importantly the pay is the worst. Being told how amazing this break from a big 4 would allow more revenue and we will be a force to reckon with and you will be paid competitively is an outright lie. The pay is insulting and the delays to promotion, bonuses and the insulting standard increase to pay is disgusting. The people make this place but they are a severely disrespected asset of company by the powers at be. Pay your people what they are worth or they will go somewhere they will be.
