Almost everything.. - bad resource planning - management always focus on revenue and lack of concerns of the team wellbeing - pay is lower than competitors, bonus payment was deferred (not even sure the quantum yet, not very optimistic) - jobs are slowly outsource and move to service delivery centre in Malaysia. The management expect the outsourcing would solve all the challenges... (really???)
