Since the transition from PwC things have been a disaster, but most importantly the pay is the worst. Being told how amazing this break from a big 4 would allow more revenue and we will be a force to reckon with and you will be paid competitively is an outright lie. The pay is insulting and the delays to promotion, bonuses and the insulting standard increase to pay is disgusting. The people make this place but they are a severely disrespected asset of company by the powers at be. Pay your people what they are worth or they will go somewhere they will be.
