Ridiculous policies

Pros

The pay was good and the benefits especially the educational benefits were good.

Cons

Horrible management of resources and lots of favoritism. The call center majority was African American and they had their own tight knit circle to the point they wouldnt talk to anyone who wasnt black. Management was also comprised of African Americans didnt see any other race in management. No wonder the place on 5959 Corporate Drive eventually closed down right after 7 months after i was gone.

Pros

The only pros of this job was a pay check.

Cons

Everything about this job sucked. To the pressure to sell to customers, to lying to customers. I could go on for days, but I'll just say this was the worst 4 years of my life.

The company its self is great to wrok for. You get great benefits, and they work with you on your schedule if you have a family
