Pros

Pretty good benefits. Good time off benefits and pretty good 401k with company match and yearly performance benefits.

Cons

Monotonous job for the most part. Call after call with customers who have poor manners. Atmosphere is phony. A lot of false moral boosting activities.

Pros

Day 1 benefits, Health care , 401k, pre pay schooling for furthering education 8000 a year.

Cons

High stress level call center environment will burn you out within 3 years. Working in tech support requires great skill as you are the last line, we fix things hate having to sell Add a lines and other products as I signed up to fix problems not be in telesales. That is why I am looking to leave now.

Pros

They do random, awesome stuff for their employees all the time. Like giving out coffee, hot cocoa, and cookies that they bring to your desk while you're taking calls.

Cons

The customers. The senior management only have the customers and the business' best interest in mind.
