Cons

If you are not a top seller your peers will make significantly more than you. Hours are based on seniority I have been there 3 years and have not moved up.

The paid time off and benefits are excellent. At the beginning of my first year, I was eligible for 20 days of paid time off. Representatives are also rewarded for exceptional work with bonuses. Within six months I was promoted to a senior representative.

Cons

Career advancement into other departments was difficult.
