      Pros

      Company still puts out a quality product and has good name recognition. Benfits are good and pay is in line.

      Cons

      I think current President of our business unit it too focused on costs to where we have cut and continue to cut into the quality and quantity of the people who help make this company run. In my opinion we will start to see a very negative impact as a result of these continued cut backs. When you nickle and dime the employees you quicly lose their dedication to the company.
