Direct canvassing is a large part of the role- good communicators will book appointments and succeed; so don't apply to work here unless you are a solid communicator and fluent.
Warm appointments won't be given out straight away- expectation is that reps prove their tenacity and skill level before being given a free sale!
Hours are flexible but those with the correct attitude will probably work longer hours than contracted to enhance their commissions and bonuses.
We do expect a certain level of success from the investment we put into training and equipment, but those who show themselves to be performing well independently as well as in the team will be successful.
