Pros

I have been working with Verisure UK for over two years and have seen it grow from a small 10 man company to a now 200+ company. In this time I have had amazing career opportunities to grow within my department and now manage my own small team of 7.

Cons

The only con I can see working with Verisure is that you have to be able to work in a fast paced, changing environment, for myself this is not a con as I thrive under the pressure.

Any field sales job can be difficult, but if you are good, then you can reap the benefits and earn a very good salary- No other cons!!

Cons

Long hours, terrible management, constantly conning their staff out of wages and bonuses. Lots of cold calling and awkward pressure sales. Constantly moving the goal posts.
