      Big company, Lots of people in team, everybody knows people from other departments.

      Cons

      Don't help you at all, bad salary, bad environment. Location too far from the city.

      Boss is 5 hours away. Some schedule flexibility.

      Cons

      They own you. You are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. No holidays. No vacations. No kids’ birthday parties.
