*Long Working Hours *Late Evenings *Weekends including bank holidays and Sundays *Toxic culture *Nepotism *Pressure Selling *If you are talented then you cannot get anywhere in this company as they consider corrupt and incompetent individuals who cannot find work anywhere else and probably have some criminal records previously but this company ignores it and let you carry on working for them if you can sell their products to general public :) (how safe for customers and colleagues)

First and foremost, the Head of Legal Department's incompetence has created a toxic and unproductive work environment. Moreover, her leadership style is extremely detrimental. She exhibit a complete disregard for the concerns and well-being of the team, leading to a high turnover rate. Talented and experienced employees have been driven away due to the unprofessional behavior, creating a constant state of flux within the department. This instability negatively impacts the company's ability to effectively handle legal matters and undermines its overall credibility.
