Pros

I not sure I have anything positive to say. They truly are an awful employer who tend to bully both staff and customers. There was a time were you could earn good money, now its mainly promises.

Cons

In truth there is no salary as you do not start earning commission until you have exceeded the retaining salary (18K). Also when you leave they take your first months money back, not sure if that is legal, but I just wanted to move on. Every month the commission's are wrong, strangely in their favour. This can range from tens of pounds to hundreds. Holiday pay also often wrong. Long hours, no expenses, ever changing commission structure, again none of this benefits you. They will expect you to find, sell. install and support their alarm systems for 3 months. They also take back commissions for up to six months. They also lie to their staff about their market placement and the opposition. Lastly, poorly trained management who often deploy scare tactics and love to threaten people with warnings, even if you've been off sick!!!

Pros

Honestly hard to find any. It used to be good a few years ago but the company got greedy blaming investors wanting their money back so they reduced comms and put the price up for the consumer.

Cons

Toxic work environment. Racism Bullying Branch manager is dodgy as hell People steal your sales with help of branch manager. The company are quick for you to respond to them when they have an inquiry you usually are told to respond immediately or within 24hrs or be penalised, but if you email the company with your own inquiry no-one bothers I literally mean no-one you will constantly send emails asking the same question. I witnessed branch managers being racist with snide comments. HR in this company is appalling they go by HRBP with no experience in HR. People are only promoted In this company if they can suck up to management and willing to work 24/7 if you tell then you can't go to appointment late at night they tell you that you are obligated by your contact to work as per company requirements. Bullying I've seen other people in the branch made fun of for their appearance. I've heard on constant tell another constant that was much younger then him to step outside and he'd break his face and branch manager just stood there and laughed it off. Absolutely no support from upper management it's completely no existent. The only time you hear or speak to your regional manager when the sales are not flowing in as fast as they like. Been here 3+years only seen my regional maybe 5-6 times and two of them times were at company events. They offer bonus for x amount of installs done by a certain day and don't provide the right stock levels to cope with demand so people start turning on each other. They lie about earning potential. There's no bookings to attend and you have to be pally pally with branch manager to get leads. Once you have been chosen to leave they will make you job 100x more harder. Withholding leads. And pretty much shut you out till they can sack you on performance grounds or make it so unbearable that you walk out the job. No holiday pay and what little pay you get works out to £18 per day and that's even if you can take holidays. If your lucky enough to get annual leave they will try not to give you more then 5 days off. When you are off on annual leave they don't leave you alone you get calls from the branch manager you need to come back because no one is working properly. They put you in a position that if you don't do what they say they will penalise you by withholding bookings. Honestly this is just the tip of the iceberg. Branch mangers shouting and swearing in meetings. Branch manager smoking inside the office with feet on the table. Do not expect any and loyalty or respect from this company no matter how hard you have worked or how long you have been here. I could go on and on and on there Is so much wrong in this company.
