      Endless Resources available, colleagues always willing to enable and help, good comp structure, unique product with limited competition that is needed in the space

      Long working hours(be prepared to be available 7am-11pm), Solution is expensive and price can be a tough obstacle

      Management is not always helpful and does not communicate as easily since they are in a different country. Difficult to gauge how you are performing when management is not around.
