Pros
My teammates are motivated, fun, innovative, and I look forward to working with them every day. The opportunities are endless if you put your time in and communicate your goals. The New York City office is beautiful and in a great location for NYC commuters.
Cons
The only headache is the lack of communication between departments, and teams. Often it's difficult to locate the owner of a project, several people are assigned with the same task, and there are too many cooks in the kitchen.
