We strive to push ourselves as far as we can go, and in the process we have become the best sales reps in the industry. Compared to other young companies in this industry, our sales production is so unparalleled that lower level companies are salivating to poach Varonis sales talent. The opportunity for growth is fantastic for those employees who are mentally tough, and approach the job with passion, and fire.

Cons

The high pressure environment can be a bit much for people who are not mentally tough.
