      Pros

      I really enjoy working here. I have the option to work from home yet I choose to come into the office every day (Monday-Friday). It's a beautiful spacious office with unbelievable NYC views. Outside the office, the people here are very nice and friendly. Pretty much what you would expect from a thriving software company. We also had our Sales Kickoff in Disney last month which was really enjoyable.

      Last year's Sales Kickoff was in Atlantic City.

      The Varonis data security platform is number by far; customers realize immense value immediately after deployment and there's little to no competition. Additionally, Varonis has a culture that rewards you for hard work and success. If you're a highly motivated individually who's looking to grow your career and bank account, Varonis is the company to work for.

      Cons

      SKO up until recently has been held in cold destinations, however, this recently changed!
