Pros

The resources at Varonis are stellar. The product is 2nd to none in the category. The Sales Team is hyper focused on winning and working deals "through the process". Aggressive culture focused on winning and getting at bats. The right recipe to succeed for self starters, great products and people with a proven winning formula make for a great opportunity to make great money and close deals!

Cons

Extremely metrics driven, but if you stay on top of this and you're are doing the right things then you have nothing to worry about. The organization wants to win and the people here are focused on that, if you're looking for a place to hide, this is not the place for you. Some employee turnover as a result, but to be expected in a competitive environment.

Decent working environment, although it gets a little loud in some of the places.

Cons

The biggest issues are growing pains such as lack of clear lines of responsibility and lack of focus. The work sometimes could be stressful.
