Great technology. I have to write 3 other words but really, that's it.

Cons

I worked here for 2 years between 2014-2016. Varonis operates on a culture of fear. How anyone ranks working here a 4 is proof that any online review system can be completely falsified with the right amount of investment of time and money. When you work at Varonis you are completely replaceable and they let you know that on a daily/weekly basis (virtually everyone I worked with in my time there in all territories has moved on, management, support reps and account execs... all gone). The statements"Paranoid about your job", and "Be thankful it wasn't you" after people were let go were normal things to hear.

Awful - Sales Representitive

- Selling IT Security - Working from home - Working with some big IT resellers - Some of the long term issues seem to have been bought to management attention - SE's and tech team are brilliant - a true asset to the company

Cons

- Old school sales mentality culture - the top biller was told to look for another job if he couldn't repeat last quarters success. - Poor management - Politics and Cliques - Tough sell even though its made out to be the next revolution - Awful office in a Regus building - Sales staff are often bullied and intimidated - Management seem to love to play mind games with people - Way too much admin
