Business Outlook
Pros
Great office environment and culture. Company is growing and in a booming market where the need for security software is in demand. I am optimistic and excited to be working for a company such a Varonis and could not ask for a better team to be working with. I can see the potential for growth and the open layout allows for constant communication to all employees especially management.
Cons
Work hard play hard environment, not easy to get by doing the bare minimum so work hard and you will see the benefits!
