Pros

Smart company. They produce a truly unique and best-of-breed product. Huge market potential. Post IPO and still growing at a very fast clip. MGMT is supportive and ready to jump in the trenches to help with a deal. Great sales process. There is a lot of upside at Varonis.

Cons

It's metric driven, for those that don't like metrics it may not be your place. There is a daily focus on results, high rewards for achievement, merit based awards, no ugly internal politics. If you're looking to work hard and get rewarded and recognized this could be your place.

Pros

I have been with Varonis for four years, and it never ceases to amaze me the number of internal promotions that take place. For any individual willing to put in the work and time and that is dedicated to the organizations commitment to analyzing metrics and managing from those metrics, you can truly grow in your career and earnings.

Cons

The constant focus on those metrics cam become frustrating for those individuals that are not willing to understand the importance of them. If you can't accept and apply feedback you'll have a tough time here.

Pros

Everyone I work with is very friendly and interested in moving the company forwards. There is a lot of transparency between levels of management for the direction the company is going. Since I've been here we've grown about 300-400 employees. The departments all try to scale with the growth so work doesn't seem unmanageable. The office is awesome- free food never disappoints.

Cons

I have been here several years and don't have any specific cons. I truly like working here.
