      - Structured onboarding process and a strong enablement team to ensure new hire success - Fun & energetic atmosphere within a fast growing industry leader - Great pay/benefits - Varonis does a great job of giving you access to the right content and sales tools required to be successful

      Metrics driven but so is any other successful sales organization

      Pros

      Experience is probably the biggest upside to working at Varonis. No matter what type of role you accept, you can be assured that you will take on a high level of responsibilities very quickly. This is certainly not a job you can slack off in, but for someone who wants a fast paced environment where you are constantly learning and needing to pick up new skills, it is a good place.

      Cons

      The company is extremely metric based, sometimes to the point of effecting productivity. I am all for holding employees to metric standards as they are measurable and prove to produce results. However, the biggest problem I have seen is when people become so focused on hitting metrics for requirements sake and do not get done the many other things needed to be successful.

      Pros

      Training time, Collaborative environment, Great employees, Generous compensation, Flexible, Work-life balance. Real supportive Management. The company has supported me through doctors appointments, family loss and unexpected life events and they've been more than happy to assist me. This company invests in its employees as much as they invest in it. You are fully aware of what you need to do to advance and have every opportunity to learn more. This is challenging but enjoyable.

      Cons

      Company is always adapting and developing. Be ready to learn and grow. If you can't do that you may be left behind. Departments have different objectives and occasionally different protocols.
