Very Competitive Compensation Package and Good Product

Cons

Pretty much everything else. Varonis has a heavy micro managed/meat grinder environment. High pressure on sales and high pressure tactics on prospects. New York style culture which borders on unethical including pressure to not take vacation, 2 week severance no matter what tenor, shared hotel rooms on work trips, etc., etc. Good pay checks, everything else is brutal.
