Great brand with some great people in in. Discount. Marketing events.

Cons

Asia has some of the worst leadership from the head of Asia down to the brand president. No connection with the brand and very short sighted (never shared a real long term vision). In addition to that, the aren't good at connecting with their people (not even polite).
