Everyone in the corporate office/s and all the stores truly have a passion and affinity for the brand. Respectful, accepting, and competent leadership (at all levels). Great products (and discounts). Cool office (physical space and general vibe).

Cons

More often than not decisions would be made without enough or accurate data, or based purely on financial consideration. Also, access to retail stores for observations and "kaizen"-style events was very difficult and restricted. Particularly disappointing since those activities could greatly benefit the retail organization

The long term customer base is amazing

Cons

The company is not the same customer forward company it once was. Now that it is not a van doren owned company anymore the company ethics turned from helping the customer no matter what to a sales driven effort which comes at the expense of the employees.
