great discounts, relaxed dress code and chill customers, mostly nice colleagues

Cons

poor management: high-school mentality amongst colleagues, communication is almost non-existent, believes in ' your work colleagues are your family'. Offers no constructive feedback, mainly destructive, no proper trainings, no setting of expectations or boundaries. If they like you, you are good, but if they do not; everything you do will be viewed with condescension and cynicism.
