Pros

Great work-life balance, it is a ski resort company by all means, fresh air, free skiing, amazing views

Cons

pay isn't the best, work is seasonal for most employees, hard to get one of the few year-round positions

Pros

Wonderful co-workers. Great ski mountains- good place to get started.

Cons

Disconnect between Broomfield (corp hq's) and the real people who make the resorts work. It is all about the profit margin, nothing else. There are better places to work and live. Benefits are minimal, apathy is everywhere. Mid management is young and inexperienced.
