      Pros

      Free season pass, employee discounts on many items and activities.

      Cons

      High price of living. Expensive area housing...can't possibly afford to support yourself in the area. Must have roomates. Employee housing is available but, ... small dorm style, most with shared bedrooms with bunk beds.

      Pros

      Great place to work and ski! Lots of job opportunities. Staff and coworkers are very friendly and guest service oriented.

      Cons

      Very low compensation. Most lower tier employees are overworked and underpaid. Housing is almost impossible to find. Cost of living and base pay are not even close to equal. Employees are replaceable and often times are treated that way.
