Pros

The benefits are pretty good. I get a raise every year I come back. There are good resources available to train and improve. Free epic pass.

Cons

Starting pay isn't that great. Teaching beginners on powder days sucks. You have to be around for many years and climb the certification ladder before you start making decent money.

Pros

Great benefits if you are enthused about the outdoors. Free Epic Ski pass for yourself and dependents. Not really that hard of work, and management definitely listens and is not afraid to take a phone call with you.

Cons

Seasonal. Wish it was full time. When you are in the snow business, that is tough to solve.
