Below market pay, high turnover

Pros

Theoretically good time-off for new employees (technically unlimited, hard to get approved in practice)

Cons

Low morale, high turnover, low pay, which leads to so much inefficiency. No one know what they are doing. Great BS-ing on values, leadership, etc.; otherwise training is terrible. Official slogan: own your own development = we are not responsible for retaining and developing our employees.

Pros

Great people to work with, overall younger, but not all. Supervisors care about your success Promote from within mentality Flexible schedules

Cons

High turnover even in corporate positions. In less than 6 months, nearly everyone on my team either transferred to a different department or left the company
