Pros

Great health insurance Great 401k Ski Pass Significant room for upward movement generally fun working environments across multiple departments

Cons

inconsistent leadership generally lower pay relative to other ski resort companies rapid growth has lead to a lack of organization and communication between departments High turnover complicates the fulfillment of responsibilities because you're always dealing with new people in key positions. Lower pay/ seasonal nature of ski resorts/ high turnover can lead to unqualified or un motivated people ascending to management positions. Basically, you can be a manager simply by sticking around. Many times this will then translate to a sort of apathetic, "coasting" attitude from said managers.
