Pros

Great people and atmosphere, mostly fun work, and plenty of skiing.

Cons

Hours can be tough, and it is a lot of work for not a lot of money.

Pros

Quick opportunity for growth. Endless opportunities in general.

Cons

Poor management structure. Horrible reputation locally. Management treated lower level employees like cattle. Everyone was disposable. Complete lack of business ethics all around. Especially with use of third party management companies for workers with no visa or proper credentials to legally work. College Program was a joke. Just a tool to get decent seasonal help.
