Pros

- Ski Pass - That's about it

Cons

- Return to Office was announced and everybody will be required to be in office Tuesday through Thursday starting in September in order to "improve culture and connection". Already hearing of lots of employees starting to look for other opportunities. WFH is the new norm and forcing employees back to the office is a great way to lose top talent. - Senior Leadership and Executive Committee are so far removed from how different departments and teams are managing workloads and set unrealistic expectations on deliverables - Internal systems and point of sale system is a joke. The company is trying to be a ski company and a software development company at the same time and failing at both.

Pros

*Ski Pass - Nice if you have time to use it but working here you probably won't *Health Insurance - Credit where it is due, they have the best health insurance I have ever had for my family

Cons

*Expected to work tons of overtime, unpaid *Expected to be "on call" at times when not working, again unpaid. And with no guidelines around the expectation, you just simply get to sit around all weekend in case someone calls and needs something. * Company rewarded Top Executives & Investors who have equity stake in the company with over 105 Million in annual dividends increases in the past two years. Employees who worked their butts off here got nothing. Bonus pools were not fully funded either year & annual raises don't keep up with the rate of inflation in the Denver area. The executives are greedy hypocrites who preach about how they care about employeees but never show it by rewarding employees financially

Pros

The majority of employees at the company are true to its core values, incredibly supportive and are amazing to work with. Unlimited vacation is a huge perk. Management does a great job supporting this. Free ski pass.

Cons

The workload is unbearable and the stress is unrelenting. Once they make up their mind about you, there is no coming back from it (this goes for both positive and negative views). The leadership structure is out of touch with what really happens on each team. The Directors/VPs spend the vast majority of their time supporting the CMO rather than running their own teams.
