Season Pass given by 'Vail Resorts' not SSV & discounts.

Cons

They say opportunities are available and that training is one of their priorities. This is where they fall short. It's 'Non-Existant' & it is not who is qualified for the position that gets one hired it's who you know that will get you in the door. Seems unfair and not within the guidelines of employment laws.

Fairly laid back atmosphere. Friendly coworkers.

Cons

Tiny workstation and very boring work. Unhappy management. Low pay. The benefits were also very poor compared to other companies I have worked for. No real career advancement.

Great benefits, especially for those who love to ski, golf, bike, or just about any other outdoor activity.

Cons

Senior leadership tend to be very immature and know little about leading people. They had been leading primarily by fear and intimidation, although this is changing. Despite improvements, most of the executives have a long way to go before they are genuine leaders.
