Pros
This can be done while in school.
Cons
Hours - terrible Locations - bad on average Pay - mediocre Clients - disabled individuals vary, but can get abusive (even using bigoted language) Coworkers - flaky, will do all kinds of things wrong, then snitch on you to get you in trouble (will be in bathroom on cell phone for hours & not properly managing individuals while you are hard at work) Admin - terrible communicators, bad at corrective actions, "good ol' girl network"/mean girls Your role - show up and phone it in on job skills development, as long as you are by the book; if you actually do the job, your coworker may try to stab you in the back If you have a choice, get a solo coaching position, after your first week. You will be allowed more license on methodology.
