Pros
I loved working with my consumers and watching the change I could assist with. The hours were nice and my desk.
Cons
Everything else. I worked there for 3 years and worked the role of a manager (they couldn't get one for how low they paid) and refused to promote within. What I did was never enough. They wanted more and more but wasn't willing to pay me more for all that I did while I was there. The ceo is sI full of himself that he enjoys driving around in his brand new convertibles with his manicures nails while most of the workers struggle and finds no shame.
