      There is room to grow as the company hires up from within. Entry level positions provide decent wages. Working with this client base can bet very fulfilling.

      Cons

      Poor program and staff support. Unsavory business practices regarding funding and business contracts. Lack of respect from senior management. Top heavy with six Vice Presidents.

      The skills you learn are fantastic and applicable throughout the counseling/case management market.

      Cons

      The Company is unstable and the Director yells a lot at the employees. They have a huge turnover rate and while I was there I saw eight people be hired and let go or resign in a matter of days.
