Pros

Universal Studios is an exciting and fun place to work. You receive training and park benefits. You are constantly interacting with guests.

Cons

The pay is low. You will work in hot temperature conditions. You will be required to stand your entire shift.

Pros

Universal is a company who cares about its people and people care about the company. I was amazed by the number of people who had been there for years! There are SO many perks. Free movies, park passes, rewards, bonuses, holiday gifts, etc. You work hard and do a good job and people notice. Raises and promotions can happen very quickly. You are a team member and very well treated...at every level. Uniforms are provided EVERY day. You pick them up when you come and drop them off on your way out the door...no laundry or ironing. It is so much fun to work there and if you like amusement parks, it is a great job!

Cons

Working at Universal can be hard work. It is not a job for lazy people or ones who are not "people-friendly". Florida is hot and depending on what you do, you may be outside, standing on your feet for hours. You need to always have a smile on your face and be nice, no matter how you feel!

Pros

ITS a great company to work for. The benefits and daily tasks really allow one to be creative and stay busy.

Cons

I honestly do not have any cons for this position. You just need to really be able to work hard and multi-task.
