Pros
Coworkers are incredibly capable, kind, and intelligent. Really great teams here. I love my leader. Pay and benefits are overall competitive and equity is a nice part of compensation package. Great work/life balance. The product is very cool and fun to talk about/read about. Lots of exciting developments. Real focus on diversity & inclusion (not just lip service like many companies do). Lots of built-in holidays and other days off. Overall I'm having a blast at Unity.
Cons
No unlimited PTO. There's some volatility right now due to market conditions and public nature of company. Stock price lower right now, but will likely bounce up in the future. Working across time zones means you'll occasionally have to wake up early/take a meeting late, but not frequently.
