Good work life balance, much less political/cutthroat than other FAAMG.

Cons

Struggling from many years of poor leadership and low accountability. Very poor engineering culture. Leadership does not understand how to evaluate technical skills or to incentivize the right engineering investments, too few pure technical people in upper management.

My team were great, great atmosphere and working environment within my team.

Cons

No real commitment to inclusion by SLT, Inclusion team were the only ones who really cared about it as evidenced by the fact that inclusion seemed to be deprioritised after the inclusion team all left
