Management doesn't seem to know what they wanna do with the company, having 2 mass layoffs in 1 year and merging with an adware company.

Cool people and nice benefits when they don’t randomly take them from you

Cons

You can’t trust the company to give you a secure job. They used to really care about people and now JR and his close circle play unity like monopoly. It’s a joke. Redundancies, budget cuts, benefits (that people rely on) ripped away from employees, acquisitions that didn’t need to happen. God awful emails from JR talking about his new hobbies with a side of budget cuts for the rest of us.

I have been with the company for several years and have really been impressed with the caliber of the talent and work/ life balance of the company. The work is really fun and is something I get excited to do every day with my team

Cons

The only cons come from the challenges of covid and working through remote development that affects all companies.
