Pros

Great company to learn and develop at. Try to be at the forefront of innovation. Very smart people leading the business.

Cons

Constant change to respond to the environment, but never see the outcomes. High IQ leaders with low EQ. Diversity seems to be more of a marketing tool than truly embedded in the culture. Leadership only just beginning to reflect the consumer.
