Pros

Great colleagues, brands Good place to learn

Cons

Used to be a great place to work, however went downhill in recent years. It is increasingly clear that the company is using ZBB and other savings initiatives as an excuse to be cheap. Flying red eye flights on budget carriers was a torture. This was exacerbated by the fact that these “savings” have never trickled down to the rank and file. Bonuses are atrocious. This has led to many departures of late from the best and brightness.
