Pros

I worked here for 8+ years and it used to be a great company with amazing leadership and great people- but not anymore Flexible work from home hybrid model used to be the norm here even pre-pandemic

Cons

It used to have GREAT people but now one by one; in the last 10 months, you hear 2-3 people leaving the company the company merges roles, and cut the costs of people, its due to horrible leadership in sales. There isnt much collaboration-limited tools and VERY LONG HOURS- working at night became the norm in the company since 2020 - pre pandemic. The GLOBAL Unilever teams are far advanced than the unilever Canada team unfortunately and this is all due to horrible managers/leaders at the top with narrow mindset.
