Good Benefits -- while it lasted

Pros

Great benefits, competitive salary, good training ground especially for international exposure. Ideal for fresh grads and those at the beginning of their career. Not so great for old timers as you are a target for retrenchment as your salary grows higher

Cons

Too much politics, Always cost cutting even if it is already at the top and even if it's at the expense of the people who helped get it to the top

Pros

Best training for CPG. Great agency partners. A great foundation for those who want a career in marketing.

Cons

No thinking left in Canada. Has shifted from a very strategic hub that exports great ideas to the world to more of a sales organization.

Pros

Great policies, infrastructure, salary for manager and above, people, brand equity, great on your cv, maternity leave policy and flexible and agile working culture

Cons

Don't join any non technical role of you are not from premier bschool. They will never promote you. Will bring MTs, will ask you to train them then will make them your boss. High on politics. Some leaders are great but many love flattery and believe in favouritism.
