Pros

Access to reduced or nearly free flights depending on which airline contract you work. Access to discounts and perks from hotels, electronics, etc.

Cons

Tremendous amount of pressure to meet industry safety standards with meager pay. Non-standardized training, so the more contracts your station services, the more training you must take for the same pay. Because you don't work for the mainline air carrier you be paid less and charged for flight benefits that mainline employees get for free. You are expected to meet or exceed mainline standards and goals. You will look like the mainline family, preform the same work and more at times, but treated inferior with pay and benefits.

*Pay is lowest in the industry. * Managment enforces standards selectively. * Hours are capped at 40 unless you beg for more * uniforms vary across the board and are hideous. *they hire ANYONE
