Pros

I love providing the best customer service possible to all passengers. Being a part of their trip whether it be business or pleasure is gratifying. My goal is to provide a safe and positive experience for all passengers departing and arriving at my station.

Cons

The pay is the number one con when working for unifi. Our station is one of the lowest paying stations. I feel that we give everything we have to the company and put our passengers first and get nothing in return from the company. The quality of my work is worth more than the number on my paycheck and it is discouraging to see mainline wages compared to ours. Without Unifi , the operation would not be successful. Unifi employees deserve more.

Unifi is a fast growing company that actively promotes from within. There are so many opportunities to grow your career.

Cons

The pay is not the best depending on which station you work for, but the flight benefits are good.

Pros

Unifi is a good way to get your feet wet in aviation, but not a great place to grow in the long run. Remember Unifi serves many airlines, so most of your experience will depend on what contract you work. Avoid the large contracts unless you personally know people in them who can vouch. Overall my contract has been extremely flexible with my schedule and until recently has met my need for hours.
