Great co-workers, good flight benefit for seasoned employees

Cons

Poor pay, NO RAISES, horrible flight benefits for newer employees, no support for supervisors, they don’t follow their own handbook policies, inexperienced managers, low morale.

Pros

Working in aviation is exciting. You get to share your experiences with passengers and help them get to their destination. Travel the world and make some money.

Cons

Pay is not equal to level of responsibility, however if you factor in the fight benefits- it’s a nice gig. Sometimes passengers get rude. Let it roll off.
