Good Experience with DGS

Pros

Gave lots of training and lots of opportunity to travel. Able to work with passengers then out to the plane with the ramp agents. Never boring. Also company look after employees in our budget was able to take care of employees after irregular operations made a 8 hour shift into a 12+ hour shift. Given me chance to move up.

Cons

Sometimes other members of management overlooked rules and put subordinates into awkward or just plain wrong

Extremely low pay for the type of work. Hours constantly changing. Poor communication between management and agents.
